A Modest Proposal...

Perhaps I shouldn’t suggest this, but I wonder… wouldn’t it be a nice ecumenical gesture if, in return, we let the Episcopal Church have the Catholic “radical sisters” who have been pretending to be priests in American Catholic parishes for so long? Once they’re Anglicans, they can be nuns and priests at the same time. Think of the glorious opportunities for bossing people around!

I say let's not be pikers about this: for every Episcopal nun who popes, let's give back two make that three (with symbolic reference to the Trinity) of our rad Catholic sisters along with every guitar and tambourine we can dig up if we can somehow resist smashing them to smithereens.
